Job Description:
Reporting to the Director of Global Marketing, the Marketing Program Manager owns the design and execution of global marketing programs driving pipeline and revenue across CAMECA’s product’s portfolio.
Main Responsibilities :
Owns pipeline generation
- Build and execute marketing programs that directly contribute to qualified pipeline and revenue growth
- Translate market opportunities into targeted campaigns across key applications and segments
- Drive adoption of advanced analytical instruments used by leading semiconductor, materials science, and research lab
- Act as a key interface between marketing, sales, and product to foster programs convert into business
- Own KPIs, budget, and program performance to continuously improve the funnel
- Coordinate cross\-functional teams and ensure consistent deployment across regions
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, B2B, Deep tech
- University education degree in Material Sciences, Chemistry, Biological Sciences
- 6\+ years in B2B marketing or program management
- Proven ability to drive pipeline or revenue impact
- Strong project management in complex environments
- Experience in scientific / technical industries would be an asset
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
