About the role
We are looking for a Manager to lead our Knowledge Management team, guiding a small group of highly skilled employees across Denmark and India.
In Knowledge Management, we drive NNE’s knowledge management framework, playing a key role in enabling efficient project execution, quality, and consistency across disciplines.
As a trusted sparring partner to the business, we collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders to ensure that knowledge, best practices, and standards are effectively captured, structured, and implemented across the organisation.
As Manager, you will set the direction and translate business needs into scalable processes, while leading and developing a high\-performing, global team. With a holistic leadership approach, you will navigate complexity and unlock the full potential of knowledge management across the organisation.

How you might spend your days
As a Manager for Knowledge Management, you will:
- Develop and lead strategies for securing a strong knowledge management implementation across the organisation
- Lead and drive daily operations in the department to secure effective and efficient processes and systems that meet organisational needs
- Engage with key stakeholders such as department Managers and senior project management teams
- Develop, coach and grow employees, fostering an inclusive and engaging environment

- Possessing great stakeholder management skills, including the ability to maintain a good overview of different perspectives

- A skilled leader with the ability to effectively manage a team, ensuring high engagement and performance
- Agile and able to handle unexpected challenges and changing circumstances.

- Demonstrated understanding and experience in successfully implementing knowledge management strategies and frameworks in a matrix organisation
- Experience with processes and tools for curating and maintaining organisational knowledge
- Experience with stakeholder management at different levels in a large matrix organisation
- A relevant academic degree (business management, project management or similar)
- Fluent in written and spoken Danish and English
