Manager/Coordinator Chamberi 2026/27

Here at La Casita de Inglés, we believe that learning should be fun! We teach English to children through games, arts \& crafts, singing and dancing, theatre, yoga and baking! We don’t carry out exams. Classes are small and interactive, with a maximum of 8 children per class in our after\-school programme.

Tasks

Schedule:

• Monday\-Friday from 11:00\-20:00 (1h for lunch)

• Support and coach teaching staff to ensure high\-quality programming and a positive team culture.


• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, group management, and classroom readiness.


• Serve as the main point of contact for parents, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.


• Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed.


• Coordinate supplies, prep materials, and maintain an organized, well\-functioning space.


• Use internal systems to track student info, team updates, and classroom documentation.


• Make sure all classes are running smoothly and the quality of our service remains outstanding.

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and people\-focused Manager to lead our center’s daily operations. This role is a mix of team leadership, parent communication, classroom oversight, and logistical coordination. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills, who thrives in dynamic environments and genuinely enjoys working with children.

• Candidates must be bilingual—high level of Spanish \& English.


• Must have previous experience in managing a team in a work environment.


• An asset but not required; previous experience in customer service \& sales.

Pay: 1400 Euros/month NET (12 pays)

This pay comes with incentives based on the number of students in the center. We can go over these incentives in the interview.
