We are looking for a skilled Manager, Consulting Analytics & CRO to lead projects for our high-profile clients. We offer a dynamic work environment where collaboration and innovative digital marketing solutions are at the forefront. You’ll be at the intersection of implementation and analysis: ensuring data is properly collected, transformed, and made actionable across the company.
Skills and Experience
<ul>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Proficiency in developing and conveying CRO and Digital Analytics strategies in simple terms.</li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Ability to independently draft detailed requirements/implementation documents.</li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Clear and proper communication of technical activities to developers.</li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Daily use of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and familiarity with technical implementation as well as data analysis.</li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Daily use of tools for user experience intelligence (Contentsquare, Hotjar, Clarity…)</li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Daily use of Consent Management Platform tools and direct management of common technical privacy issues.</li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Understanding and ability to explain basic concepts of inferential and Bayesian statistics.</li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Hands-on experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS.</li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">A clear inclination for continuous learning.</li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.</li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written.</li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Fluent Italian language skills, both spoken and written.</li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Great attention to detail.</li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Creative problem-solving and thinking outside the box.</li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Effective time management with the ability to balance competing priorities.</li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Strong presentation abilities and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.</li>
