Your future team

Join the multinational client contracting team of the Deloitte in\-house Legal Department where you will handle a wide range of legal matters, including negotiate large variety of services/ICT agreements (both local and international), intellectual property, public procurement and regulatory issues.

This role requires strong technical expertise combined with a business\-oriented mindset.

In this position, you will report directly to the Director of the Department as well as Risk Leaders, and play a key role in providing strategic legal support across the Firm.

  • Providing strategic advice with business\-oriented mindset
You’ll contribute in adding value to negotiations process of agreements with clients and advice the business team on the best contracting approach.
  • Bringing fresh perspectives
You’ll share ideas, test new (AI) tools and help us explore new ways to strengthen the Legal Department impact and value.
  • Contributing to the Firm’s compliance
You’ll participate in projects and issue recommendations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contributing to people’s growth
You’ll Share legal knowledge within the team and in the Firm; coach junior members of the team and contribute to their professional development.
Your skills
---------------
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a commercial legal counsel, preferably with a focus on ICT/technology\-related agreements (including SaaS platform licenses, reseller and distribution agreements, and related arrangements).

  • Proven experience negotiating, drafting, and interpreting a wide range of commercial agreements (both sale and buy\-side).

  • Strong understanding of how legal terms and risk allocations translate into commercial, operational, and financial impact for the business.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear and practical manner to non\-legal stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated sound business judgment, ability to perform in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment, and capability to lead and manage a legal team.
