- Conduct market analysis and develop value proposition, business model, and economic feasibility assessments, alongside with funding schemes and long\-term financial sustainability strategy for innovative healthcare solutions and technologies
- Perform real\-world costing and resource utilisation analysis, reflecting implementation in hospital settings;
- Design and conduct health economic evaluations, including cost\-effectiveness analysis (CEA), budget impact analysis (BIA), and cost analysis of healthcare innovations;
- Develop and apply decision\-analytic models (e.g. decision trees, Markov models) to assess long\-term clinical and economic impact;
- Identification of Research, Business and Partnering opportunities;
- Scientific and Financial UE Project management: project design, coordination, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and audit;
- Liaise with international Healthcare and Life Sciences stakeholders and key opinion leaders.
- University degree and/or master mandatory, PhD is welcomed. Preferred field of studies: health economics, data management, statistics in health/life science
- Professional experience in an academic/research institute environment, especially related to the health care sector
- Demonstrated experience in Health Economics / HTA, including cost\-effectiveness analysis, budget impact analysis, and economic modelling.
- Experience with decision\-analytic modelling techniques (e.g. decision trees, Markov models) and handling real\-world healthcare data.
- Experience in translational research, innovation and business opportunities in the Healthcare domain
- Experience in EU funded initiatives: strategic planning and coordination, budget control / accounting and funding application d initiatives (Horizon Europe, IHI, etc.)
- Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish is desirable, as well as one other European language
- EU citizenship or work permit to work in Spain is compulsory
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work autonomously, proactively, high organisation capacity and team working attitude; ability to work in international and multicultural environments
- Enthusiasm, motivation and openness to learning
- A proven ability to prioritise a varied workload, to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; high level of accuracy and attention to detail; proactive, flexible and problem\-solving attitude.
