Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Manager and Assistant Manager \- Front of House (FOH) to lead our hospitality team with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties
- Lead and supervise FOH staff, including servers, bartenders, hosts, and food runners, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain high culinary standards and consistency
- Manage bar operations, including bartending duties, drink menu execution, and maintaining bar inventory
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
- Train team members on service standards, food safety protocols, and hospitality best practices
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and seamless service flow
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and service stations
- Handle guest feedback effectively to resolve issues swiftly and enhance overall satisfaction
- Support recruitment efforts by participating in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development initiatives
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with team management responsibilities
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, bartending, serving, or culinary arts
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food safety standards and food production processes
- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry practices is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills to engage guests and coordinate with team members effectively
- Experience in managing bar operations including bartending skills or barista experience is desirable
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling and service procedures
Pay: £25,420\.00\-£39,000\.00 per year
