As a Management Intern within the Room Operations team, you will be involved in a wide range of responsibilities, including:
- Creating and implementing new projects across our hotels
- Maintaining and observing the quality scores within Room Operations
- Communicating between the hotels and head office
- Improving procedures and manuals
- Organizing our meetings for Housekeeping
- The opportunity to grow within our company worldwide
- Supporting audit activities across hotels, helping to review housekeeping operations, identify areas for improvement, and follow up on action plans
- Providing operational support by visiting hotels and working closely with on\-site teams
- Supporting Housekeeping teams on\-site during opening phases, helping ensure a smooth operational setup
- Assisting with the onboarding and training of new Housekeeping Managers
- You are a hotel management school student looking for an internship (minimum 8 months) starting in August/September 2026
- You are analytical, a strong communicator, and fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
- You are ready to dive into a dynamic international role where no two days are the same.
