Management Accountant (m/f/d)

Your tasks:* Ensuring data and booking quality in plant management accounting in accordance with group standards, including coordination with plant teams, training on financial processes, and communication with other management accountants to harmonize accounts, bookings, and data.

• Monitoring and analyzing production costs, performing accruals, checking bookings, open orders, and invoice discrepancies.


• Supporting forecasts (IBP), data entry in Tagetik, and the creation of reports for decision\-making processes at the plant.


• Controlling and maintaining relevant production and financial data such as bills of materials (BOM), work plans, stock levels, and inventory valuations, as well as performing inventory reconciliations and internal audits to ensure data quality.

Supporting the mill controller with project calculations (CAPEX/OPEX), forecast updates, CIP initiatives, and the optimization, simplification, and automation of controlling processes.

• Your profile:Qualifications: Degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on finance, accounting, or a related field.

Experience:* 2–5 years of professional experience in management accounting.

• Knowledge of financial software and Microsoft Excel.


• Proven experience in cost accounting and financial analysis, sound understanding of manufacturing processes.

Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English and German.

Personality:* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to collaborate with and influence cross\-functional teams.

Working style: Independent, team\-oriented, and structured approach to work.
