Maitre D/ Front of House Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled Maitre D to join our team. We are looking to develop our restaurant and food service by providing exceptional hospitality services, offer honest, local and well prepared food. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest services and possess excellent communication skills. *This is a senior role within our team.*
You will need to:
\-Be involved in developing our wine lists
\-Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements
\-Ensure guests are attended to promptly and courteously
\-Manage reservations and maintain the booking system
\-Oversee dining room operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
\-Assist in coordinating with the kitchen staff for efficient service
\-Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
\-Train in new staff to the companies standards

Pay: Up to €19\.50 per hour
