We are looking for someone to work in our maintenance team to ensure high standards are kept at all times across the House (we're a 10 floors building facility which includes high spec hotel rooms, restaurants, bars, cinema, gym/leisure centre, offices, staff accommodation, warehouses etc.).</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will have gained experience with hands on maintenance in either a hotel environment or multiple occupancy property. Plumbing, electrical or heating/AC system knowledge are desirable but all applications considered as demonstrable experience is preferred over formal qualifications. </p>
<p><strong>The role</strong>…</p>
<ul>
<li>Keeping all equipment in good repair</li>
<li>Complete maintenance work orders across all departments</li>
<li>Workload is varied, and can involve anything from a leaky tap in a room to fixing new light fittings to tiling etc.</li>
<li>This role involves shift patterns of early mornings, evenings and late nights split fairly across the team. 5 shifts (flexible over 7 days).</li>

<li>Basic English communication skills</li>
<li>Previous experience working in maintenance is mandatory</li>
