<h3><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></h3>

<li>Take the lead on painting and touch-up work, keeping our apartments fresh, clean, and inviting.</li>
<li>Respond to guest and colleague requests, handling painting-related and minor technical issues efficiently.</li>
<li>Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing repainting or repair before they become a problem.</li>
<li>Oversee external contractors when needed, ensuring all work meets our high standards.</li>
<li>Complete planned maintenance and renovation projects to enhance the overall quality and appearance of our apartments.</li>

<li>You possess a talent for repairing things and a dedication to maintaining the smooth operation of buildings.</li>
<li>You possess a broad range of technical skills and a strong understanding of building systems.</li>
<li>You thrive in an independent work environment and can prioritize tasks effectively.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you'll collaborate with guests, colleagues, and contractors.</li>
<li>You remain calm under pressure and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.</li>
<li>A "can-do" attitude, creativity, and a willingness to go the extra mile are key!</li>
<li>Proficiency in basic English is required.</li>
<li>Technical training and experience as a caretaker a plus!</li>
