You will be responsible for making sure all maintenance work is planned and completed safely and on time. You will also support your team, help solve problems and work with other departments to keep the site running smoothly.

Job Description
- Plan and prioritise preventative, reactive and improvement maintenance activities across the site.
- Own the PPM programme, ensuring timely and effective completion.
- Lead and develop a team of three Maintenance Technicians, setting clear objectives and priorities.
- Manage performance, attendance, development and training.
- Build effective relationships with Production, Engineering, Facilities and Senior Management.
- Drive initiatives to reduce downtime, improve efficiency and enhance maintenance processes.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Maintenance and engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is essential
- Previous supervisory, Team Leader or people management experience
- Relevant engineering qualifications or certifications desirable
- Experience with maintenance KPIs and ERP/maintenance management systems desirable
