Salary: from £47,468\.88 per annum (potential to earn further allowances for AP duties)
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 42 hours per week; 2 days, 2 nights, 12 hour shift with 4 days off

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead a maintenance shift team at a prestigious facility in Cheltenham.

- Lead the Team: Supervise and mentor a small team of Engineers who will work alongside you in your Shift. The Shift pattern is 2 days, 2 nights and 4 days off.
- Manage Maintenance: Coordinate planned preventative maintenance and reactive works, optimising building performance.
- Monitor Systems: Monitor BMS systems and identify potential issues.
- Deliver Excellence: Respond promptly to client requests, provide exceptional reactive maintenance services.
- Report and Analyse: Keep accurate records using the CAFM system
- Technical Expertise: NVQ Level 3 Electrical or NVQ 2 Mechanical (or equivalent trade background)
- Previous experience in Facilities Management would be advantageous.
- BMS Proficiency: Knowledge of BMS systems (although training will be provided)
- Supervisory/Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and delegate effectively.
- Problem\-Solving Abilities: A proactive approach to problem\-solving and a commitment to finding innovative solutions.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
- IOSH Managing Safely or similar
