You’re the person who makes our building feel alive. As our Maintenance Manager, you take charge of the technical heartbeat of The Social Hub, keeping everything from guest rooms to rooftop spaces running smoothly. You lead a small but mighty crew, guide external partners and jump in when something needs fixing right now. You spot issues before they become problems and keep our spaces welcoming, safe and ready for the community that calls The Social Hub home. You’ll work closely with the local team while shaping smart, future-proof maintenance habits across the hub. If you love making things work better every day, you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Do 
<ul>
<li>Lead and guide the maintenance team while keeping close contact with external contractors </li>
<li>Jump in as the first responder when anything technical pops up in the hub </li>
<li>Manage and plan all daily maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators and more </li>
<li>Track, log and follow up on work orders using Salesforce </li>
<li>Monitor budgets, check invoices and keep clear maintenance records </li>
<li>Register monthly utility consumption and support energy-efficient habits </li>
<li>Keep safety, fire protection and compliance tasks up to date in collaboration with the Regional Property Manager </li>
</ul>
What You’ll Have 
<ul>
<li>You have 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance management, ideally in hospitality </li>
<li>You bring strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills </li>
<li>You have a hands-on mindset and stay calm when things get messy </li>
<li>You bring confidence in coordinating contractors and guiding a team </li>
<li>You have basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other building systems </li>
<li>You speak German, English is a plus </li>
