Maintenance Handyman

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a reliable and experienced Maintenance Handyman to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis in Warlingham. The successful candidate will be a practical, hands-on individual with a good range of general maintenance skills, who takes pride in their work and can work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out general building and property maintenance


• Complete basic plumbing, carpentry and decorating repairs


• Undertake painting, patching and general making-good works


• Repair and maintain doors, locks, fixtures and fittings


• Carry out routine maintenance checks and identify potential issues


• Assemble, install and repair furniture and equipment


• Keep communal areas, buildings and external areas well maintained


• Assist with basic electrical maintenance where appropriately qualified


• Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition

• Previous experience in a handyman, maintenance or property maintenance role


• Good practical and problem-solving skills


• Able to carry out a variety of general maintenance tasks


• Good attention to detail and a professional approach


• Full UK driving licence essential
