Position: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Elsham, North Lincolnshire

Salary \& Benefits:

• Salary up to £52,000 per annum


• £3,000 joining bonus


• £1,500 paid after 3 months


• £1,500 paid after 6 months

Shift Pattern:

• 4 on / 4 off rotation (2 days, 2 nights)


• Working hours: 7:00 – 7:00

This shift pattern allows you to enjoy extended time off—often a full week—while using fewer holiday days, giving you greater flexibility and an improved work\-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will:

• Maintain, repair, and continuously improve a range of equipment and systems across the site


• Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards and regulations


• Work within a fast\-paced manufacturing environment featuring 14 blown film extrusion lines and associated ancillary equipment


• Carry out both preventative maintenance and respond efficiently to daily breakdowns


• Support ongoing reliability and efficiency improvements across production

Ideal Candidate:

• Broad engineering experience with a strong electrical bias


• Proven ability to diagnose faults and carry out effective breakdown repairs


• Proactive approach with the ability to use initiative to minimise production downtime


• Experience in reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and project\-based work


• Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering (City \& Guilds or equivalent)


• Strong commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards


• Flexible and willing to work overtime when required to support holiday cover
