\*Analyse maintenance and failure data (MTBF, MTTR, OEE).
\*Develop, draft and adjust maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, RCM).
\*Safeguard the continuity and quality of the maintenance process.
\*Identify and implement performance improvements for utility installations.
\*Create lists of critical spare parts.
\*Provide support for Root Cause Analyses (RCA) after breakdowns.
\*Owner and executor of MOCs.
\*Act as the technical point of contact for modifications or renewals of installations.
\*Contribute to tenders and supplier selection for maintenance services.
\*Document technical standards/instructions and optimise work processes.
\*Collaborate with operational teams for continuous improvement.Required qualifications
---------------------------

\*Master's or Bachelor's degree in electromechanics, energy technology, or equivalent.
\*Able to communicate fluently in Dutch (working language on the floor).
\*Good command of English (reporting, communication with international colleagues).
\*Experience in maintenance engineering within an industrial environment.
\*Knowledge of utility systems (HVAC, water, compressed air, steam, electricity, sprinklers).
\*Experience with RCM, RCA and performance management.
\*Analytical and results\-driven.
\*Strong in collaboration and communication.
\*Proactive, accurate and process\-oriented.
\*Knowledge of SAP PM is a plus.Benefits
