Maintenance Engineer
Due to continued growth, a leading multinational blue\-chip manufacturing business, recognised for its commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer with experience working on injection moulding machinery and associated ancillary equipment.

Working within a highly automated manufacturing facility, you will play a key role in ensuring production operates efficiently by minimising downtime and driving continuous improvement initiatives to maximise performance and output.
As a Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Moulding department in achieving KPI targets by ensuring all equipment is maintained and production\-ready at all times
- Providing technical expertise and engineering support to moulding engineers and technicians across all aspects of the moulding process
- Coordinating and managing all maintenance activities relating to moulding machinery and associated ancillary equipment
- Identifying, proposing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring all pre\- and post\-improvement data is accurately captured to evaluate effectiveness
- A high level of knowledge and hands\-on experience in the maintenance of injection moulding machines and ancillary equipment
- Experience with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) systems and scheduling
- Previous experience working within a fast\-paced manufacturing environment
- Relevant engineering qualifications
Pay: £42,000\.00\-£46,400\.00 per year
