Who We’re Looking For:
Qualification:
- A recognised apprenticeship within the aircraft industry or similar, or
- Qualified Part66 Licence holder, or
- University degree relevant to Aircraft Engineering or aviation management, or
- Relevant working experience with a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the Aviation sector.
- Proven technical experience within the aviation maintenance industry.
- Working knowledge of aircraft maintenance planning, production planning, and resource coordination.
- Demonstrated experience in leading change initiatives and delivering operational and productivity improvements.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across internal teams, customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Reliable, professional, and able to perform effectively under pressure while managing competing priorities in a dynamic operational environment
