We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Assistant to join their team in Cambridge (CB5).

This is a part-time opportunity offering 20 hours per week, with working hours of:

• Monday to Friday


• 9:00am - 3:00pm


• Flexibility available where required

Key Responsibilities: • Carrying out general maintenance and repairs

• Basic painting, decorating and upkeep tasks


• Ensuring communal areas and facilities are maintained to a high standard


• Responding to maintenance issues in a timely manner


• Supporting the wider team with general site duties

The Ideal Candidate: • Has previous maintenance, caretaking or facilities experience

• Is practical and confident using basic tools


• Has good problem-solving skills and attention to detail


• Can work independently and manage their workload effectively


• Is reliable, punctual and proactive
