What You’ll Do

• Support daily maintenance operations


• Lead and guide the maintenance team


• Handle preventative \& reactive maintenance


• Coordinate contractors \& ensure compliance


• Maintain safety, records \& building standards


• Respond quickly to guest and operational needs

• Experience in maintenance supervision


• Strong technical skills (electrical/mechanical/plumbing)
