Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have experience operating Fosber machines or similar equipment and a strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Fosber machines in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.


• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency and product quality.


• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, to prevent downtime and prolong machine lifespan.


• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions as needed.


• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.


• Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and quality inspections.


• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.


• Proven experience operating Fosber machines or similar machinery in a manufacturing environment.


• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and operating manuals.


• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.


• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
