- Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming Meetings Events enquiries via phone, email, and third party platforms.
- Prepare and send tailored proposals and contracts in line with client and hotel
- Conduct follow\-up communications to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and maximise revenue
- Follow the meetings and events strategy set and diary management
- Ensure a comprehensive handover is done with Meetings and Events Planning
- Go above and beyond to create unforgettable guest experiences.
- Previous experience preferable
- Confident conversationalist, always engaging with guests
- Passion to deliver excellent experiences
