I'm currently working with a highly regarded professional services firm that's looking to strengthen its Transaction Tax team with the appointment of an M&A Tax Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team, working on a broad range of UK and international transactions across a variety of sectors. You'll support clients throughout the deal lifecycle, providing commercially focused tax advice on acquisitions, disposals and restructures.
The Role As an M&A Tax Manager, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, advisers and clients on a range of transaction-related projects.
Responsibilities will include:
- Delivering tax due diligence on acquisitions and disposals.
- Advising on transaction structures and tax implications.
- Managing client relationships and supporting projects from start to finish.
- Working alongside colleagues across Tax, Corporate Finance and Advisory.
- Preparing and reviewing technical reports and client deliverables.
- Supporting business development initiatives and identifying new opportunities.
- Coaching and developing junior members of the team.
You'll also have:
- Strong technical tax knowledge.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and commercial approach to client work.
