Salary: DOE + Annual Performance-Related Pay (APRP)
Hours: Full-time (37.1 hrs/week, 5 days)

The Role We are looking for a hands-on Luxury Jewellery Store Manager to lead our Salisbury store. This is a high-responsibility, highly rewarding role, perfect for someone with retail management experience in luxury or boutique settings.
You will manage a team of 6, take full ownership of store performance, drive sales growth, and ensure a world-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 6
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance reviews
- Build a positive, high-performing team culture
- Drive sales and consistently exceed targets
- Monitor KPIs and analyse performance trends
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
- Oversee stock control, cash handling, and daily store operations
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Deliver personalised, exceptional customer service
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Manage enquiries, orders, and complaints efficiently
- Plan staff rotas to match trading patterns
- Maintain accurate customer records and databases
- Report store performance to senior management
- Ensure full compliance with H&S regulations
- Maintain a safe environment for staff and customers
- Background in luxury jewellery, premium retail, or boutique fashion preferred
- Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills
- Commercially driven, with a focus on sales growth and profitability
- Organised, proactive, and hands-on
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office
- POS / till systems
- Stock management systems
- Bransom software (desirable)
- Some Sundays in December: 9:45am – 4:10pm
- Fixed days off: Sunday & Monday
