Key responsibilities (title) A day in your life with us
Key responsibilities (text) Your primary task will be to pick and pack customer orders using manual labor and a pallet lifter. Therefore, it is not unlikely that you will pack and handle several tons of goods every day. When orders are being expedited online or in the store, your job is to find and pack the goods for the customers, and ensure that the right goods are packed as fast as possible and without any damage or flaws. You primarily work independently, but always with supportive colleagues close by.

Your task will include:

• Picking orders from the store and warehouse, including click \& collect orders.


• Maintenance of machinery and cleaning up the department.


• Working together and following up with colleagues from other logistics departments, as well as Customer Relations and Sales.

Local section (text) • This position is for an average of 25 hours per week.

• Your working time will vary based on the business need, with both morning and evening shifts. We operate from 06:00 AM\-20:30 PM. You should also expect to work every second weekend, both Saturday and Sunday. You can provide input on the work schedule.


• Salary is within IKEA's banding for logistics and includes pension, free choice allowance, and overtime payment.


• Other employment terms follow HK's Funktionæroverenskomst.


• We have various staff benefits, including private health insurance, massage, kantine, staff discount, discount club with external partners, yearly gift, etc.


• During the recruitment process, we reserve the right to ask for a criminal record.


• Start date is July 1st or per agreement.
