Role Overview: Working within the Logistics Team and reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Warehouse Operative will play a key role in the day\-to\-day movement, control, and accuracy of stock across the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the goods in and goods out processes, receiving and booking in equipment, preparing and dispatching customer orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring stock is stored, handled, and recorded correctly.
This role is well suited to someone who is organised, reliable, physically capable, and takes pride in keeping a warehouse environment accurate, tidy, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
Working with the Logistics team to assist with:
- Receiving, checking, and booking in goods and equipment
- Carrying out goods in processes accurately and in line with company procedures
- Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch
- Accurately dispatching goods to customers and internal teams
- Ensuring all goods out paperwork is completed and processed correctly
- Updating outstanding deliveries using online courier or supplier portals
- Labelling, storing, and locating stock correctly within the warehouse
- Taking an active role in stock control and inventory management
- Supporting regular stock checks and cycle counts
- Investigating and helping to resolve stock discrepancies
- Ensuring equipment and parts are handled safely and securely
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
- Scanning and filing delivery paperwork for internal teams
- Supporting the wider Operations and Logistics teams where required
- Following ISO 9001:2015 processes and contributing to continual improvement
- Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, logistics, or stock control role
- Experience with goods in and goods out processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Confident working with stock systems, spreadsheets, or internal databases
- Basic capability using Microsoft Office software
- A team player who is dependable and takes ownership of their work
- A quality\-over\-quantity mindset, driving consistent and accurate results
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role
- Physically capable of carrying out warehouse duties safely

Holiday: 23 days plus statutory bank holidays.
Probation period: 3 months with an option to extend to 6 months, based on performance
Salary expectations: £25k\-£29K commensurate with experience.
Location: Redditch, B98\. Start date: Immediate, however willing to wait for required notice period

Pay: £25,000\.00\-£27,000\.00 per year
