Location: Amsterdam (5\-minute cycle to Bijlmer Arena / Ziggo Dome)
Work Location: In person
Type: Full\-time
Hours: Monday–Friday, 38 hours per week, day shifts (no weekends)
Language Requirement: English (Dutch is nice to have)

Upway is the leading platform for refurbished e\-bikes. In 5 years, over 100,000 bikes have been saved from disposal. The company is now expanding in the Netherlands and opening an Upcenter in Amsterdam.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming e\-bikes: unpack, check\-in, and inspect
- Photograph e\-bikes and upload photos to the website
- Pick, pack, and prepare e\-bikes for shipment (including boxing)
- Identify process bottlenecks, propose improvements, and implement changes quickly
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
No specific education, background, or origin required. The company seeks motivated candidates with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility toward the business.### Benefits
- Salary: €2,450 gross per month (based on 38\-hour workweek)
