At Dental Infinity Laboratory, we're changing the way dentists work with their laboratory through digital technology, high\-quality products and efficient service.
Working closely with our global partner laboratory, Leixir, we're a fast\-growing business with ambitious plans for the future. As the number of dental cases we handle continues to grow, we're looking for an organised and reliable person to join our team in Logistics Support.
This is a hands\-on role at the centre of our day\-to\-day laboratory operations. You'll help make sure dental cases are received, processed, tracked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
You'll work closely with our laboratory, customer support and operations teams, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast\-paced environment, takes pride in getting the details right and wants to develop within a growing business.
What you'll be doing
- Receiving and processing incoming dental cases and deliveries
- Preparing and organising cases for the laboratory workflow
- Tracking cases throughout the production and dispatch process
- Checking case information and ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Packing completed dental cases carefully and accurately
- Preparing outgoing shipments and courier collections
- Scanning and recording cases as they move through different stages
- Helping to prioritise urgent and time\-sensitive cases
- Identifying missing information or potential delays and escalating these to the relevant team
- Supporting stock, packaging and general logistics requirements
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure cases are returned to dental practices on time
- Providing general operational support as required
- Is highly organised and has excellent attention to detail
- Is reliable and takes responsibility for completing tasks accurately
- Is comfortable working in a busy, fast\-paced environment
- Can prioritise effectively when dealing with multiple deadlines
- Has a proactive approach to problem solving
- Works well as part of a team
- Is confident using computers and willing to learn new systems
- Communicates clearly with colleagues
- Is comfortable with a practical, hands\-on role
- Takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy and organisation
