- Health & Safety qualification such as NEBOSH
- Providing clear direction, guidance, and support to team leaders and staff
- Monitoring team performance and resolving operational issues
- Coaching and developing team leaders to build capability and drive results
- Ensuring high standards of health, safety, and compliance are maintained
- Managing resource allocation to meet operational demands
- Maintaining and improving processes in line with quality standards and procedures
- Interpreting performance data to drive continuous improvement
- Supporting reporting, administration, and team briefings
- Building strong working relationships across internal departments
- Confidence working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders
- A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
