In this role you are responsible for efficiently managing all export processes, including preparing export documents (content of export documentation is responsibility purchasing/buying), updating flight information, and coordinating shipments to various international destinations. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

As an Export Coordinator, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and compliant flow of international shipments. You work closely with logistics partners, carriers, and internal stakeholders to manage export operations, maintain accurate shipment documentation, and ensure goods are delivered efficiently across global destinations.

In this role, you are responsible for coordinating export activities, monitoring shipment progress, and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance throughout the export process.

What will you be doing?

As an Export Coordinator, you are responsible for the preparation, coordination, and optimization of international export shipments:

• You prepare, verify, and maintain export documentation, including final export lists, pre\-alerts, and export invoices for international destinations such as China, India, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands;


• You ensure all export documentation complies with applicable regulations and internal procedures;


• You update and manage flight and shipment information, ensuring all export data remains accurate and up to date within the system;


• You coordinate flight planning activities and monitor shipment movements between various international regions;


• You prepare and verify pallet lists, ensuring goods are correctly packed, labelled, and ready for export;


• You review shipment details to guarantee accuracy and compliance before dispatch;


• You maintain close communication with logistics service providers, carriers, and freight partners to monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues;


• You provide logistics partners with the required documentation and ensure the timely and efficient dispatch of goods;


• You manage export pre\-alerts and ensure all shipping documents are uploaded, verified, and distributed within agreed timelines;


• You oversee the accurate processing and administration of export\-related documentation and paperwork;


• You proactively identify potential shipment delays or documentation issues and work with stakeholders to implement timely solutions;


• You contribute to the continuous improvement of export processes, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.


• You contribute to the daily operation together with the team.

• You have a strong ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines;


• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders;


• You have strong problem\-solving capabilities, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve logistics\-related issues;


• You are highly detail\-oriented, ensuring accuracy in documentation and data management throughout the export process;


• You have strong organizational skills and a structured approach to managing tasks and processes;


• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
