About the Role

We are a growing stone wholesale B2B company looking for an organised and proactive Logistics Planner / Operations Coordinator to join our team in Radlett. This is a fast\-paced office\-based role focused on coordinating deliveries, managing logistics schedules, communicating with drivers and customers, and ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working within logistics, transport planning, operations, or wholesale environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily in\-house deliveries and collections


• Schedule transport routes efficiently to maximise productivity


• Communicate with drivers, warehouses, suppliers, and customers


• Monitor delivery progress and resolve operational issues quickly


• Maintain accurate delivery, payment and logistics records


• Coordinate stock movement and order fulfilment processes


• Handle customer queries regarding deliveries and schedules


• Work closely with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations


• Assist with general operational and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, transport planning, operations, or a similar role preferred


• Strong organisational and multitasking skills


• Excellent communication and problem\-solving abilities


• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email communication


• Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment


• Reliable, punctual, and detail\-oriented


• Experience in wholesale or B2B industries is an advantage
