We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Logistics Operator to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation.

What you'll do:

• Deliver Logistics Services – Provide dry ice and site\-wide delivery support to agreed SLAs.


• Operate Equipment \& Handle Materials – Use Kardex systems and manage laboratory materials safely.


• Coordinate with Stakeholders – Work with clients, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth operations.


• Maintain Performance Standards – Deliver high\-quality services and achieve KPI targets.

• Proven experience delivering logistics or support services to agreed standards.


• Strong IT skills, including experience with tracking and inventory systems.


• Ability to resolve issues effectively and provide excellent customer service.


• Good understanding of SLAs, health \& safety requirements, and operational procedures.
