Job Description Logistics Operative
Site\-based in Watlington, Oxfordshire
Permanent, Full\-time, Monday \- Friday 39 hours

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Logistics Operative to join our warehouse team in Watlington, Oxfordshire. This is a hands\-on role supporting our third\-party logistics (3PL) operations, ensuring all products, consumables, and spare parts are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently to both UK and international customers.
You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and inventory control, directly contributing to the performance and success of the logistics team.
What will you be doing…
- Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer and channel partner orders in a timely manner
- Maintain effective inventory control within the warehouse
- Receive and process packed products and parts from operations sites
- Ensure all tasks are completed in line with Health \& Safety regulations
- Uphold ISO quality standards and procedures relating to 3PL operations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse team
- Operate within established performance management systems
- Manage your own workload effectively to meet productivity and quality targets
We are seeking someone who is organised, conscientious, and quality\-focused, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
You will have a strong understanding of warehouse routines and procedures with the ability to follow defined processes and make sound judgements based on factual information.
Essential
- A professional and courteous communication style

- Good understanding of Health \& Safety practices
- Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence
- Clean UK driving licence
- Good understanding of stock inventory principles
- Experience with Google Workspace
