Logistics Operative/Multi Drop Driver

Key Skills / Requirements

• Must hold full clean licence with less than 6 points


• Must be able to operate XLWB van in a safe and courteous manner


• Hours/days can be varied due to route schedules demanding long days


• Impeccable manners, people skills


• Personal hygiene must be upkept


• Full company PPE to be worn

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes


• Follow routes and time schedule using the driver app


• Make sure all items are loaded correctly for each order with correct logs and fitting

kits if required

• Load, unload all goods in a safe and careful manner


• Collect images of all items delivered, customer signatures and upload to circuit app


• Prepare, inspect, clean, operate and maintain delivery vehicles


• Carry warehouse duties as and when required


• Be courteous and well\-mannered at all times


• Inform customers about products if asked


• Complete all manual tasks that the company requires


• Handling company assets in a competent manner


• Complete logs and reports


• Damage reporting on good and vehicles


• Follow the highway code, road safety and vehicle rules


• Follow HSE regulations and safety standards

Job Types: Full\-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm

Pay: £28,000\.00 per year
