Become the operational backbone of Sunrise's fulfillment organization. In this role, you ensure stable day\-to\-day operations, manage operational incidents, and continuously improve internal logistics processes. Your focus is on ensuring operational reliability while driving process simplification, automation, and efficiency.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Manage daily operational issues and incidents across the fulfillment organization


• Coordinate resolution activities between internal stakeholders, external specialists, and logistics partners


• Lead root cause analysis and implement preventive measures


• Improve and automate operational processes and workflows


• Monitor operational performance and identify process improvement opportunities


• Maintain operational procedures, controls, and documentation


• Support business continuity and operational stability initiatives

YOUR SKILLS:

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or equivalent


• Experience in operations management, incident management, or process improvement


• Strong understanding of operational workflows and service management, including SAP/ERP systems


• Experience driving process optimization and automation initiatives, including process design and workflow optimization


• Strong analytical and problem\-solving capabilities


• Excellent coordination and communication skills


• Fluent in German and English
