Logistics Operational Excellence Specialist is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with real operational impact in a fast\-paced logistics environment.

Job Responsibilities

You will play a key role in improving logistics performance and supporting operational strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

• Road transportation bidding \& strategy including analytical decision\-making and procurement activities


• Monitoring freight market trends and index\-linked pricing models to ensure competitive logistics spending


• Supporting carrier sourcing and network development to strengthen the transportation network


• Managing carrier accountability and contract performance, ensuring service quality and compliance


• Analyzing logistics operations to identify improvement opportunities


• Supporting the development and implementation of logistics strategies


• Coordinating with carriers and internal departments to optimize transportation planning


• Monitoring logistics KPIs and operational performance


• Preparing weekly and monthly analytical reports for management


• Supporting cost analysis and monthly logistics cost closing activities


• Collaborating closely with warehouse teams regarding stock flow and operational planning


• Maintaining communication with internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)


• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills


• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills


• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities


• Customer\-oriented mindset


• Accurate, organized, and able to work under pressure

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation procurement, or analytical roles


• Experience with freight market analysis or logistics performance reporting

Pay: €3\.800,00 \- €4\.200,00 per month
