Join our team in Roosendaal, where you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and customers satisfied. You’ll coordinate shipments, monitor performance, manage pricing and costs, and collaborate across teams, using your analytical skills and customer\-focused mindset to ensure the operational excellence.
Please note that work authorization in the Netherlands is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and coordinate transport with carriers.
- Align with the warehouse on stock availability and shipment planning, and book and track shipments in the system.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor customer KPIs, handle claims and complaints, and take corrective actions when needed.
- Manage pricing and selling costs, and support monthly cost closing and reporting.
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written communication skills are essential).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data and present findings effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Customer\-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
