LOGISTICS LEAD
Take ownership of a growing logistics function as a Logistics Lead within a fast-scaling consumer brand. This hands-on role will see you managing inbound freight, customs processes and warehouse operations, while acting as the key link between suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams. Perfect for a commercially minded logistics professional, you'll play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, solving operational challenges and supporting the business as it continues its exciting growth journey.

LOGISTICS LEAD ROLE:

  • Leading end-to-end inbound logistics, coordinating suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and 3PL providers to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods

  • Owning customs compliance and product classification, including HS codes, country of origin, customs documentation and data accuracy

  • Leading 3PL warehouse relationships, managing operational priorities, service levels, escalations and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Managing logistics costs and financial processes, including freight and warehouse invoices, reprocessing fees, credit notes and supply chain chargebacks

  • Overseeing claims for lost or damaged goods, investigating and resolving issues with suppliers, carriers and warehouse teams

  • Owning month-end logistics reporting, ensuring accurate and timely reporting across multiple channels and systems

  • Driving continuous improvement across logistics operations, focusing on service, cost, compliance and operational efficiency

LOGISTICS LEAD ESSENTIALS:
  • Demonstrating 3-5 years' logistics experience, preferably within the fashion retail industry

  • Utilising Mintsoft or other ERP systems to support logistics operations

  • Working confidently with data and Excel to generate insights and improve processes

  • Applying knowledge of Incoterms, commercial invoicing, trade compliance requirements and international shipping

  • Demonstrating resilience and adaptability within a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment

  • Maintaining strong organisation, attention to detail and time management skills

  • Communicating proactively and collaborating effectively across teams to deliver solutions
