Logistics & Export Support Coordinator

As NCBC Solnua’s export business continues to grow across established and new international markets, we are expanding our team.

We are looking for a motivated, organised and practical Logistics \& Export Support Coordinator to join our team.

This is a hands\-on logistics role. The primary responsibility is to prepare customer orders, pick and place semen straws into tanks accurately, and support the safe and timely dispatch of domestic and international shipments.

The role will also provide administrative support across export documentation, regulatory requirements, customer service and new\-market development.

Previous experience in logistics or the agricultural sector is not essential, as full training will be provided. Spanish speaker a bonus but non essential.

Key Responsibilities

Order Preparation and Logistics

• Pick semen straws accurately according to customer orders.


• Place and organise straws within liquid nitrogen tanks.


• Prepare tanks and orders for domestic and international dispatch.


• Check product codes, quantities and order details before shipment.


• Maintain accurate stock, tank and dispatch records within the ERP system.


• Support stock counts and inventory reconciliation.


• Monitor liquid nitrogen levels and assist with the safe management of tanks.


• Coordinate collections and deliveries with customers, couriers and freight forwarders.


• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and colleagues.


• Ensure all orders are prepared and dispatched in line with company procedures, quality standards and health and safety requirements.

• Prepare import and export documentation, including permits, certificates and shipment records.


• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete and retained appropriately.


• Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, veterinary authorities and internal teams.


• Maintain up\-to\-date regulatory records for each export market.


• Support applications for import permits, health certificates and product approvals.


• Assist with the operational requirements involved in opening new markets.

• Respond to routine customer and distributor queries.


• Support the export sales team with order information, product availability and customer follow\-up.


• Maintain accurate customer, product and pricing information.


• Assist with quotations, sales reports, presentations and commercial documentation.


• Help coordinate customer visits, trade events and international delegations.

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.


• A practical, hands\-on approach and willingness to work with semen straws and liquid nitrogen tanks.


• Strong organisational and time\-management skills.


• Ability to follow defined processes and complete accurate records.


• Good communication and customer\-service skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.


• Experience with ERP or stock\-management systems would be an advantage.


• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.


• Flexibility to support busy dispatch periods and changing customer requirements.


• Previous logistics, warehouse, agricultural or export experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

• The role involves handling liquid nitrogen tanks and working within established health and safety procedures.


• Manual handling is an important part of the position.


• Full training will be provided in semen handling, tank management, stock control, export documentation and company systems.
