Fantastic & Rare Opportunity for someone to join a growing company, at the forefront of their expanding sector!
Day-to-day, you will join a team environment, and play a key role in the planning, organisation and management of international order operations, including:
- Handling enquiries from existing clients and suppliers by phone and email
- Liaising with suppliers to organise costings and lead times
- Calculating bespoke quotations for clients, and processing orders to completion
- Planning routes and liaising with freight-forwarders, hauliers and other suppliers
- Preparing and issuing customs documentation
- Allocating stock and agreeing deadlines with internal teams
- Tracking orders and updating customers, resolving issues proactively
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities for business improvement such as new suppliers, software and process improvement
Starting Salary : £30,000-£32,500
