Key responsibilities (text) Replenishment is a key part of the role and plays an important part in ensuring a great experience for IKEA customers. Before the store opens at 10 AM, we work with a clear deadline to make sure products are available and the store is ready for customers. As part of our One Fulfilment team, you will also support other logistics tasks throughout your shift, working closely with colleagues across the function.
Your tasks will include:
- Replenishing our home furnishing accessories such as plates, pillows, lamps and plants on the sales floor using pallet lifters and manual handling.
- Picking customer orders and supporting fulfilment operations after store opening.
- Working together with colleagues across the One Fulfilment function to ensure an efficient flow of goods and excellent customer experiences.
- Handling item counts and updating IT systems accordingly.
- Maintaining equipment and keeping the department safe, clean and organized.

Local section (text) • This position is for an average of 32 hours per week.
- Your working time will be scheduled within the time frame 05:00AM\-01:00PM. A typical shift may begin with replenishment before the store opens at 10:00AM, followed by support of order picking and other fulfilment tasks after opening. You should also expect to work every other weekend, both Saturday and Sunday. It is possible to give your input to the work schedule.
- Salary is within IKEAs banding for logistics and includes pension\- and free choice allowance and odd hour payment.
- Other employment terms follow HKs Handel\&Viden agreement.

- Start date is the 15th of November or by agreement.
