Logistics Clerk
The rewards
£27,000 per annum.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.
The role of the Logistics Clerk
- Facilitating the shipment of multiple product samples and orders to customers daily
- Liaising and arranging shipments with courier and freight forwarder companies including DHL, UPS and FedEx
- Collating and arranging required shipment documentation including invoices, Certificates of Analysis, Safety Data Sheets and dispatch emails
- Assisting in the preparation of samples and orders by labelling, preparing documents and packaging correctly
- Liaising with R\&D, QC, QA and production teams to advance product preparation for dispatch
- Helping maintain health and safety and housekeeping standards within the dispatch area
- Preparing customs documentation for the correct and timely import of goods following Brexit guidelines
- Experience in logistics, shipping or freight coordination
- Comfortable with documentation including customs and compliance paperwork
- Organised and detail\-focused with the ability to liaise across departments
Working within the UK Logistics team contributing to efficient day\-to\-day logistics operations.
