<p><br><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p>
<p>As a <strong>Logistics Analyst</strong>, you will focus on coordinating fleet logistics operations and supporting the efficient movement of vehicles, materials, and operational resources across multiple locations. You will play a critical role in ensuring fleet availability, maintaining high fleet quality standards, and optimizing operational efficiency across your assigned region.</p>
<p>You will own the execution of end-to-end operational processes related to vehicle management, supplier procurement and relationship management, stock control, logistics coordination, and local operational support. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational performance.</p>
<p>Reporting directly to the Head of Logistics, you will collaborate closely with regional colleagues and local operations teams to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement — working alongside the team to reimagine how Logistics gets done.</p>
<p><strong><br>WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Understand and contribute to the continuous improvement of fleet and asset management procedures designed by central teams and ensure their successful implementation within your region;</li>
<li>Maximize fleet availability by executing efficient vehicle in-fleeting, intervention management, and de-fleeting processes;</li>
<li>Support local operations teams by assisting with vehicle interventions and technical troubleshooting whenever necessary;</li>
<li>Help Design Logistics 2.0;</li>
<li>Coordinate vehicle movements and logistics operations between local teams and external logistics partners;</li>
<li>Source, negotiate, and manage fleet partners globally;</li>
<li>Monitor and optimize vehicle operating costs within your region;</li>
<li>Contribute to regional expansion projects and support the operational setup of new locations;</li>
<li>Track operational KPIs and support data-driven decision-making to improve performance and efficiency.</li>

<p><strong>WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Background in Transport Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or similar fields;</li>
<li>2–3 years of relevant experience in fleet operations, logistics coordination, procurement, or operational management;</li>
<li>Hands-on and action-oriented mindset, with the ability to proactively solve operational challenges;</li>
<li>Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;</li>
<li>Detail-oriented and comfortable following operational procedures with precision;</li>
<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;</li>
<li>Team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple departments and locations;</li>
<li>Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced and constantly changing environments;</li>
<li>Experience managing suppliers, workshops, or logistics partners is a plus;</li>
<li>Fluency in English is mandatory;</li>
