Logistics Administrator

Crick/RugbyFull Time | 40 Hours Per WeekPermanent Position

Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator looking to join a fast-paced logistics operation? We are seeking a Logistics Administrator to support the smooth running of transport and logistics activities, ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

The Role

As a Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across the logistics and transport function, ensuring customers receive a first-class service while maintaining accurate records and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing and managing customer orders accurately and efficiently

  • Coordinating deliveries, collections, and transport schedules

  • Liaising with customers, drivers, and internal teams

  • Maintaining accurate records using internal logistics systems

  • Ensuring compliance with company procedures and relevant regulations

  • Managing correspondence via telephone and email

  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team

  • Supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the department

What We're Looking For
  • Strong administration and organisational skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Confident verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional approach to customer service

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to absorb information quickly and act upon it effectively

  • Proactive and focused approach to completing tasks

  • Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Experience
  • Previous experience within logistics, transport, supply chain, or administration

  • Experience working with logistics or transport management systems
