<p>Hourly Rate: £30-35+ Umbrella</p>
<p>We are currently seeking a Band 6 Biomedical Scientist specialising in Haematology to join our client’s team in Manchester. This is a full-time, ongoing position working core hours only, offering a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to contribute to a busy and well-established laboratory service.</p>
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<p>You will perform full blood counts, coagulation studies, and blood film morphology. You will ensure accurate analysis, maintain quality control, and collaborate with clinical teams.</p>
<h2>Qualifications and Experience</h2>
<p>- HCPC registration</p>
<p>- Degree in Biomedical Science or equivalent</p>
<p>- Experience in Haematology within a clinical laboratory</p>
<p>- Experience with Bio-Rad, Advia and ACL Top would be advantageous </p>
<p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</p>
<p>- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities</p>
<p>- NHS experience (preferred)</p>
