Manpower are seeking a talented and strategic Local Marcom & Media Manager to help drive their marketing agenda across the EMEA region. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building stronger brands, delivering impactful campaigns, and leveraging innovative technologies including AI-driven content creation and precision marketing.
The Role
As the Local Marcom & Media Manager, you will be responsible for leading the execution of regional media and marketing communications strategies, ensuring campaigns are audience-focused, data-driven, and deliver measurable business results.
Working closely with regional and local marketing teams, brand managers, digital specialists, insights teams, and external agency partners, you will ensure that communication activities are aligned with business goals while maximising media effectiveness and return on investment.
You will also play a vital role in adapting and optimising regional marketing assets for local markets, ensuring relevance while maintaining brand consistency across countries.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Media Leadership
- Execute the strategic direction for media investment and performance in the region.
- Implement and support media planning to ensure alignment with brand strategies and business priorities, including retail media
- Deliver integrated communication campaigns across multiple channels.
- Ensure marketing communications are aligned with brand, category, and commercial objectives.
- Partner closely with EMEA Marcom & Activation teams, Brand teams, Digital & Insight functions, and external agencies.
- Build strong relationships with local market stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Proven experience in brand communications, digital content creation or marketing production.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, media strategy, and campaign performance measurement.
- Experience managing agency relationships and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Passion for innovation, emerging marketing technologies, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Strong communication, project management, and organisational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
