LLP - Transport Coordinator

About the Role
The Transport Coordinator supports day\-to\-day transport operations within the 4PL Supply Chain network, acting as a key interface between DHL, customers, carriers, and suppliers. The role focuses on ensuring efficient execution of transport flows, monitoring shipments, resolving operational exceptions, and maintaining service performance and data accuracy in line with customer requirements.
Location: Alfafar (Valencia \- Spain)
Key responsibilities
- Perform day\-to\-day transport planning and execution control
- Monitor shipments and manage exceptions across inbound, outbound, and empty container flows
- Act as the first point of contact for transport\-related enquiries from supply chain partners
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated transportation solutions
- Support Freight Bill Audit (FBA) activities and related operational processes
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, processes, and data quality requirements
- Education in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Spanish language: fluent (verbal \& written)
- English language: minimum C1 (verbal \& written)
- Experience of Transport Management / Order Management systems
- Basic understanding of regulatory and customs principles
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Power BI is a plus.
- Shift availability: Weekly rotating schedule: one week on the morning shift (08:00\-16:30\) and the following week on the afternoon shift (09:30\-18:30\)
- The team provides 24/7 customer support through an on\-call rotation. Each on\-call period lasts one week, from Monday 18:00 to the following Monday 08:00\. This is a stand\-by service, meaning the on\-call employee is only contacted if the customer calls the emergency phone. On\-call duties are compensated separately.
