The Role

As a Live Selling \& E\-Commerce Assistant, you'll play a key role in both customer engagement and day\-to\-day operations. Whether you're helping host live sales, creating social media content, or fulfilling customer orders, no two days will be the same.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys social media, fashion, e\-commerce, and working within a young, ambitious team.

Responsibilities

• Host or assist with live selling events across social media platforms


• Interact with customers during live sales and online


• Pack, process, and dispatch customer orders


• Create engaging content for social media channels


• Support daily e\-commerce operations


• Promote products through creative selling techniques


• Help maintain excellent customer service standards


• Work collaboratively with the team to drive business growth


• Contribute fresh ideas and support marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic


• Excellent communication skills


• Comfortable speaking to customers both online and in person

Desirable

• Experience in retail, fashion, resale, e\-commerce, social media, or live selling


• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Instagram, Facebook, or other online selling platforms


• Content creation or social media experience
